Operating Your Life Force as a Projector.🔧
The Sacral Centre of Human Design is the centre in which our Life Force energy resides. Our Life Force Energy is that enlivening factor, the life juice, the force from within that brings the Human to life.
When you plug into that primal sensation of deep power within your belly, you are plugging into your Life Force.
And then when you are uncovering Human Design - you might discover that as a Projector, you have an undefined Sacral Centre.
Does this mean you don’t have Life Force Energy?
Oh my god, no. If you had no Life Force - if you had no capacity to make mountains move with your auric field - you would be dead. We need to remember that an open/undefined centre doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist in your energetic system, but that it is inconsistent and just DIFFERENT to those with that centre defined.
It means you need to use, tend to and regenerate your Life Force in different ways than you may have been indoctrinated into from early life. It is not the sustainable, all day, self-replenishing Life Force of a Generator or MG. When you do stuff, you use energy. When Sacrals do stuff (that lights em uppppp) they gain energy.
And so the drain of all we are expected to be:
hard workers, side hustlers, there for everyone, never saying no, wearing a million hats
it takes a deep toll on the Projector Life Force. It does strain us, drain us, leave us warn out and feeling exhausted when not tended to correctly.
Presenting: The Four Facets of Tending to Projector Life Force.
The Projector Life Force wants to flow. It wants to be channeled into ONLY THAT WHICH FEELS NATURAL. Blocks to the expression of Life Force must be shifted. And, it needs to be consciously replenished.
🌷Firstly, it wants to flow. This is the same for every Type. Movement, change, getting out of your comfort zone, trying new things, dance, working out, stretching, whatever works for you: move the body, move your energy and the Life Force will be able to flow. Notice how much harder it is to do ANYTHING when you don’t work out or whatever in the morning? Yeah. Thats’s because life force is stagnant. Life Force is what makes our life flow with ease.
🧭 Next, a Projector’s Life force wants to be channeled into only that which feels like an exhale. If you are making something in your life “too hard”, “too complicated” - you are draining and/or blocking the natural flow of Life Force. Using it on stuff that will lead to Bitterness rather than Success. (Muchhh more on this inside The Projector Instruction Manual).
🐺 Next, any blocks that are repressing the Life Force must be consciously removed. Soul retrieval, breathwork, intuitive movement, body expression, quantum healing, energy healing, plant medicines - there are infinite routes to clearing. Pick your poison (removal😝). Make space inside your body for the Life Force to flow like the magic maker it is.
🐜 And finally: Your Life Force, as a Projector, is not as self-replenishing as your Sacral counterparts. It is up to you to consciously replenish and tend to it.
How you replenish it will depend on the specific Projector. Time alone, time with people? Mindless books, mindless Netflix? A night out, a cozy night in? A bath, a dance party? Some tarot cards, a long walk in nature? It might be different on different days too. This is the beauty of the HUMAN. Unlike the Spirit, which is infinite and unchanging in its constant Love - the Human has moods, needs, fluctuating desires, changing bodies. As we plug more into our Divinity, we also must plug equally into our Body. With our Life Force. And enquire as to what it is craving right now, in this moment, to be replenished.
